What is the difference between the free and paid version?

The free version allows you to manage one screen with limited features. Paid plans include advanced functionality, more devices, team collaboration, and integration support.

Is Displio GDPR compliant?

Yes, Displio is GDPR compliant. Data from EU users is stored within the EU, and users have full control over their personal information.

Is the Profi plan required in order to manage multiple displays?

No, you do not need to have the Profi plan activated to manage multiple displays. Displio offers a Basic plan, which is always free. Regardless of the plan you choose, you can manage as many displays as you like, but if you activate more than 1, you will be charged per display according to the price list. The Profi plan brings other benefits and extended app functionality, but is not mandatory for managing multiple displays.

Can multiple people work under one account?

Yes, allow you to invite multiple team members to collaborate on content and screen management.

How many displays does Displio support per account?

Displio does not place a limit on the number of displays you can manage on your account. Displio is designed to allow you to manage an unlimited number of displays on a single account. This means that you can add and manage as many displays as you need without any limits. Regardless of the size of your project or the number of displays, Displio allows you to freely expand and manage your digital displays.

What languages is Displio available in?

Displio is currently available in Czech and English. Additional languages will be added based on user demand.

How does Displio protect my data?

Your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We operate on secure infrastructure with regular backups and monitoring.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. After cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the paid period.

How do I add or remove users from my team?

Users can be added by entering their email address in the “Team” section of your account settings. You can remove them at any time.

How quickly do you respond to inquiries?

We usually respond within a few hours, and always within 1 business day. Urgent issues are prioritized.

What plans does Displio offer?

Displio offers a free plan for 1 screen and paid plans with extended features for managing multiple devices, team collaboration, and advanced content scheduling. You can find an overview of all plans on our website under the “Pricing” section.

Does Displio work without a stable internet connection?

Displio requires internet to sync content, but some elements (like images or text) can continue displaying offline after loading. However, we recommend a stable connection for reliable performance.
