What type of content can I display on screens?

You can display images, videos, text, websites, timers, weather, data dashboards (e.g. from Power BI), and more. Content is added using “blocks” that can be freely combined.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, your data will remain stored in Displio unless you request its deletion. Even if you no longer have active access to the full functionality and management of displays through Displio, your data will remain in the system. This means that if you decide to use Displio again in the future and renew your subscription, you will still have access to your data and information that you have left in your Displio account. However, it is important to note that if you wish to delete your data from Displio, you need to make a request.

Can I switch between plans at any time?

Yes, you can switch plans anytime directly from your account. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades are applied at the end of the current billing period.

What is Displio and what is it used for?

Displio is a cloud-based digital signage management platform. It allows you to remotely control content displayed on monitors, TVs, and other screens – for example, in offices, stores, schools, or waiting rooms.

Can I run Displio on a smart TV?

Yes, if your smart TV has a web browser, you can open Displio directly in it. For better stability, we recommend using an external device like an Android box.

Who can use Displio – is it only for businesses?

Displio can be used by businesses, schools, organizations, and individuals. The platform is flexible and suitable for a wide range of use cases – from internal communication to public displays.

Is Displio free?

Yes, Displio offers a free plan called Basic, which is and always will be free. This plan allows you to manage and control one display through the app. However, if you plan to manage 2 or more displays using Displio, you will have to pay for each display according to the price list. Therefore, using the app without fees depends on the number of displays you want to manage.

Can I show different content on different screens?

Yes, each screen can have its own content and schedule. This allows you to manage different locations or departments from a single account.

What device do I need to use Displio?

Displio runs on any device with internet access and a modern web browser. The most common options are Android boxes, mini PCs, Raspberry Pi, or smart TVs.

What video and image formats does Displio support?

Displio supports common formats such as JPEG, PNG, MP4, and WebM. For best performance, we recommend using web-optimized files.
