What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via credit or debit card in the form of a monthly or annual subscription with automatic billing at the start of each subscription period. Invoices are delivered by email when the payment is processed. Bank transfer is also available as a payment option, however in this case you will need to contact our support team who will provide you with the neccessary details and to address any specific requirements.

Is there a minimum hardware requirement?

Displio is lightweight, but for smooth performance we recommend devices with at least 2 GB RAM and a modern browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox).

Can I enable two-factor authentication?

Yes, two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for all accounts. You can enable it in your account settings using an authenticator app.

Are my passwords secure?

Yes, passwords are stored using one-way encryption (hashing) and are never saved in plain text. We also recommend using strong passwords.

Can I purchase customer support?

Customer support is included in every Displio plan, regardless of the number of displays you use. Every customer is our priority and we provide support via email or phone. If you have any questions, feedback or ran into an isssue, you can contact us at any time and we will be happy to help.

When is support available?

Our support team is available on business days from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CET). We typically respond to emails within 24 hours.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, Displio offers a free trial that allows you to try out the functionality and features of the app. This trial includes the Basic plan, which is always free and allows you to manage one display with no time restrictions. Paid plans enable you to manage multiple displays with pricing based on the number of devices you wish to manage.

Can I schedule content in advance?

Yes, each content block can be scheduled for specific dates, days, and times, including recurring schedules or expiration dates.
