Do you need help or are you unsure how Displio works? Here you can find answers to frequently asked questions regarding display management, setup, and platform options.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment for Displio by credit or debit card in the form of a monthly or annual subscription. The payment is automatically charged to the next payment period and the invoice is delivered to your email. However, if you prefer to pay by bank transfer, this is also possible, but in this case you need to contact our technical support for further information and to address specific payment requirements.

Is there a minimum hardware requirement?

Displio is lightweight, but for smooth performance we recommend devices with at least 2 GB RAM and a modern browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox).

Can I enable two-factor authentication?

Yes, two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for all accounts. You can enable it in your account settings using an authenticator app.

Are my passwords secure?

Yes, passwords are stored using one-way encryption (hashing) and are never saved in plain text. We also recommend using strong passwords.

Can I purchase customer support?

You don't need to buy support as it is included in every plan regardless of the number of displays. Every customer is our priority and we provide support via email or phone. If you have any questions, comments or problems, you can contact us at any time and we will be happy to help.

When is support available?

Support is available on business days from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CET). We usually respond to emails within 24 hours.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, Displio offers a free trial that allows you to try out the functionality and features of the app. This trial includes the Basic plan, which is always free and allows you to manage one display. Most importantly, there is no time limit on the time that the Basic plan is free. If you wish to manage more than one display, there is a charge for each additional display regardless of the plan you choose.

Can I schedule content in advance?

Yes, each content block can be scheduled for specific dates, days, and times. You can also set recurring schedules or expiration dates.
